I'm a design, monitoring, evaluation, research and learning (DMERL) Lead for American Red Cross' International Services Department. I primarily support Response and Recovery learning and evaluation efforts, develop measurement methods and tools for understanding impact, and manage a rotating pool of research projects. Prior to AmCross, I worked in Southeast Asia for four years implementing development aid projects.
