As a member of the American Red Cross International Services Department for over ten years, Jonathan worked in both recovery and response contexts. He started with the Haiti Assistance Program, serving as its lead Information Analyst. In 2016 he transitioned to supporting the Response team as the Disaster Information Analyst. Then in 2020, he took a role as the Data Engineering Lead for the Readiness team.

Jonathan left the American Red Cross in 2024 to join a foundation in the Bay Area, but he continues to support SIMS activations when he can!
